It provides inspiration and what is happening on a grass roots level that is extremely positive. It covers news we might otherwise have no awareness of, as normal media does not cover this in depth truth reporting as well as good news.

Coherence Therapy

With neuroscientists’ recent discovery of memory reconsolidation, it is stated that there exists a form of neuro plasticity that allows an emotional learning or schema stored in long-term implicit memory (that which we are unaware of) to actually be erased, not just over written and suppressed by learning a preferred response. IFS ( Internal Family Systems Therapy that Dr. Joy works with) also integrates the steps that allows this memory re-consolidation to occur.
